This liqueur is obtained, according to the antique tradition, by putting unripe walnuts, harvested at the end of June, in a pure alcohol infusion with the addition of herbs and spices, whose types and doses are scrupulously kept secret by the liqueur producer.
This Nocino Riserva Extra is produced with an infusion aged for 3 years.
It has a new and modern label that recollects the historic label of the 30’s. The distinctive element is the picture of the green walnut husks.
