Bargnolino ORO

Typical Emilian liqueur obtained with an infusion of blackthorns, collected at the end of summer, with the addition, in small doses, of other herbs from the forest.

FRUIT USED: BLACKTHORN (Prunus spinosa))

The fruit is a blackish-blue drupe with an abundantly pruinose surface. The fleshy portion is greenish and adheres to the stone which is small, with a typical bitter taste, sub-round and compressed laterally.

Caselli BARGNOLINO ORO is produced using a considerable quantity of blackthorn infusion which allows it to appreciate the various flavor notes of this fruit.

It can be drunk neat after a meal, cold or at room temperature depending on the season. It can be stored in the freezer.
