The Caselli family still runs the company today and, having reached the fifth generation, it is Francesco Caselli who directs it.
Our Nocino (walnut liqueur) is our prime liqueur and the stronghold is that of producing the walnut husk infusion entirely in-house. Just like another typical liqueur of the Emilia region, "Bargnolino", produced with the infusion of sloe berries.
Other top quality liqueurs are the soft fruit flavours: Fragolino, Mirtillino and Rubino del Bosco. A product range of such a wide variety and of such quality enables us, as an artisan enterprise, to boldly enhance elements such as genuineness and naturalness. These characteristics will drive us strongly in the development of new liqueurs in the future too.
