The liqueur is made with infusion of mandarin skins and the alcohol at 30% vol enhances the taste the possibility of drinking it iced.

The taste is delicate, the mandarin stands out for intensity without being too sweet, it maintains a slightly sour note typical of the best citrus fruit.
